We do not have an on-line shopping cart for our Finn & Hattie furniture as our focus is on personal service. Due to the custom nature of the furniture, we want to personally review your order with you prior to confirmation. So create your wish list and give us a call.

We offer 'white glove' in-home delivery, setup and box removal for our customers.

The River Cottage accepts: Visa and Mastercard.

All sales on seasonal items, furniture and special orders are final. All other sales are final after seven (7) days. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and returned in original condition and packaging with prior approval. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Special orders and furniture orders require 50% non-refundable down payment at time of order. Balance will be due upon delivery

Delivery Services:

The River Cottage generally ships via UPS or USPS Priority Mail depending on size. See chart below for shipping and handling charges for shipments (excluding furniture) within the United States.

Because furniture items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them to you is higher. Therefore, these items have a specific shipping charge indicated with the item where applicable. If a specific charge is not indicated, please contact us for a quote.

Prices and Sales Tax:

All prices are subject to change. We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries within Virginia. A sales tax rate of 5.0% will be added to all orders shipped within Virginia.
